Refund Policy
At VQuirky, your satisfaction is our top priority with every purchase you make! We're super confident about the top-notch quality of our products. However, we're also aware that sometimes, things go wrong - a flaw in an item or a mistake from our side.
When Can You Return?: Got an issue with an item? No worries, but please get in touch with us within 48 hours of when the product gets delivered to you. Remember, it's a strict two-day deadline starting from the time you receive the item.
What Can Be Returned?: We'll happily accept returns or make exchanges if the fault is on our side - such as you receiving an incorrect item or a defective one. If you have ordered an item in the wrong size or wish to return it due to a change of mind or misuse of the product, we regret that we cannot accept such returns.
Our Returns Policy
We're always keen to help if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase! But, just FYI, we don't do cash refunds. Instead, we'll happily send you a replacement if an item is faulty or wrong. If you'd rather wait and decide what to get instead of an immediate replacement, we'll provide you with a store credit that you can use whenever you're ready!
How to Return
Starting a return is as easy as sending us an email or a quick WhatsApp message. To help us out, snap a photo of the item you're returning and shoot a short video of you unboxing it, and tell us why you'd like to return.
After Your Return
We'll look into your return as soon as we get it and then ping you an email to tell you where things stand — whether that's sending you a replacement or setting you up with store credit.
Remember, to be eligible for a return, items have to be in their original state 🕹️ - that means unused and in their original packaging. If they're not, we might have to refuse your return, which is a downer for both you and us!
